Spring Data (JPA, Redis, Spanner, Cassandra)

Spring Exception handling and Validation Techniques

Google Cloud Technologies (Google Cloud Data Flow, Google Cloud Spanner, Google Big Query)

Database usage(Oracle/DB2)

Middle Tier Technologies (Red Hat Fuse, Active MQ)

In Memory Cache (Infispan, Ehcache, Redis)

UI development using HTML 5, Ajax, JQuery

Strong knowledge of OOA,OOD

Experience with designing an integration solution

Awareness of Design patterns

Creation of high level and low level technical design documents

Data analytical skills

Strong knowledge of best practices in the technical and implementation space

Knowledge of Unit testing frameworks
· Junit
· Mocking frameworks (Mockito)

Functional knowledge in Healthcare Provider space is preferred

Knowledge on the ELK stack will be an added advantage

Experience with Performance analysis/tuning and Profiling using Jprofiler/Jmeter

Experience with Continuous Integration build environments – Jenkins and SonarQube with Jacoco and Code quality tools (PMD, FindBugs, Checkstyle)

Experience with Build Tools - SVN, Git, Maven and Build experience

Application Server experience including Websphere, Tomcat, JBoss

Experience in Test-Driven Development

Experience Required

· Core Development experience in Java technologies especially the ones listed above
· Good Experience in Development projects (Transformational development project preferred) preferred over Support projects
Good Hands-on on various testing frameworks (Junit, Jmeter (if worked on )

Roles & Responsibilities

Hands on experience as a Senior Developer
Onsite-Offshore co-ordination
Ensure adherence to TCS processes in process, technical areas.
Able to Plan, Estimate the projects based for module level requirements
Come up with the technical design
Review design with technical architectures & DevOps team
Create reusable frameworks and patterns
Understand the existing design/arch and identify improvement opportunities
Review offshore deliverables and provide suggestions and share best practices
Analysis and trouble shooting skills to find out root cause of defects
Should be an expert in :

Java 8+

Understand the Micro-services Architecture and Middle Tier Architecture, technologies and tools in usage, work on the design and implement, unit and integration test it, deploy on environments and provide support for the same

Implementations using Spring Boot, Kafka, Data, Cloud, Cloud Data Flow, REST

Using Elastic Search REST API

DevOps (using Jenkins, Maven, Docker)

Logging and Exceptions Handling using ELK

Generic Managerial Skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
