Responsible for the day to day operations of the Jr. Lifeguard Program. Ensures the program implementation is in alignment with all USLA Standards and Guidelines. Acts as the designated liaison between USLA and the City of Pompano Beach and attend all Jr. Lifeguard related meetings. Oversight of Jr. Lifeguard staff and will be responsible for developing lesson plans for each session of the Camp and will be coordinating with the Jr. Lifeguard Camp Coordinators who will be required to direct activities and programs for the Jr. Lifeguard Camp held on the public beach. Assists in the operation of the State, Regional and National Jr. Lifeguard competitions. Completes weekly reports. Performs related duties as required.
