Entry Level Customer Support Specialist at Reynolds & Reynolds

Open Dealer Exchange, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, has an opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Farmington Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company and its clients are in compliance with our vendor partners’ requirements.  You will also help on-board new customers, handle consumer dispute processing, and handle customer case tracking.
Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly accountable, flexible, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to work well in a team environment
