As transportation solutions are challenged by declining gas tax revenue and the COVID-19 pandemic, our clients demand different thinking - and that's where we come in.
We're seeking a Junior Toll Specialist to join our Revenue Systems Solutions practice collaborating with a team of 4-6 professionals in support of our client's tolling program. You will support the entire toll system implementation process from planning through design, installation, integration, testing, and acceptance. You will conduct analyses of technical needs, document requirements and processes, and develop clear and concise technical requirements statements. You will review technical documentation provided by vendors and assess conformance with requirements and industry best practices. You will coordinate with client technical staff, toll vendors, and third-party service providers.

**Here's What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelors' degree from an accredited university
+ At least two (2) years of experience defining and deploying technology solutions.
+ Ability to work effectively, independently, and in a team environment and provide effective client support in a rapidly evolving environment.
+ Experience delivering task and project assignments within expected timeframes, budget, and level of quality expected by the client.
+ Excellent written, visual, and verbal communications skills for providing clear and logical thought processes to effectively manage and direct a diverse team of professionals.
+ Two (2) references from within the last 5 years who can speak to your professional abilities.
**Ideally, You'll Also Have:**
+ General understanding of the tolling industry regarding toll policy and planning, business rules, technology trends, procurements, implementations, operations and maintenance.
+ Experience supporting the implementation of toll systems with emphasis on system design, development, testing, and operations and maintenance.
+ Desire to challenge the status quo, seek better solutions, and promote new ideas.
