Labor Attorney - Los Angeles, CA
We are working with national law firm that is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice in the Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with traditional labor issues in a law firm environment and is ready to hit the ground running.
- At least 4 or more years of experience dealing with traditional labor issues including, but not limited to, the National Labor Relations Act, NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, handling of ULPs, labor arbitrations, union campaigns and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements.
- Strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.
- Juris Doctorate degree is required and admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible.
