Location of Work:
Anywhere in the United States or Canada. Work out of home office.
Commission: 50% of net revenues generated. No cap on earnings potential.

Manage all legal services and immigration matters with clients including the preparation of non-immigrant visa petitions such as B-1, B-2, E1, E2, E3, F-1, H-1-B, H1-C, H-2A, H-2B, H-3, L-1, O, P, TD and TN.
Manage preparation of immigrant visa applications such as PERM (EB-1 to EB-3) I-140, I-130, and adjustment of status.
Manage drafting petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
Analyze case documents and manage preparation of various types of applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
Draft, review and file court pleadings including legal motions, petitions, briefs and immigration applications.
Conduct interviews with clients (corporate and individual) regarding immigration issues and concerns.
Manage preparation of naturalization petitions.
Communicate with third parties, courts, and opposing counsel as required.
Must have a portable book of business.
5-10+ years of high volume business immigration experience.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the United States.
Admitted to a U.S. State Bar.
Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes.
Experience drafting RFE and PERM Audit responses, and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions including Outstanding Research and PERM.
