Wrightsville Beach Landscaping and Lawn Care is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Customer Relations Manager. An ideal candidate should be able to build strong relationships with current customers while effectively and efficiently working with management to provide quality landscape services.
With more than 30 years of success in the commercial and residential landscape industry, WBL is looking for an energetic and proactive individual who can assume the Customer Relations Manager role, master it with integrity, and continue the positive reputation WBL has created throughout the Wilmington, NC area.
•Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial and residential landscaping with management experience.
•Working proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
•Familiarity with the best practices regarding how a landscape should be maintained in order for optimal health of WBL’s client’s property.
•Communicate competently with current customers to ensure all customer service needs are being met.
•Work with management staff to determine best practices and schedules for services being performed.
•Introduce and development new landscape opportunities for current customer base.
. Able to estimate and propose landscape enhancement proposal per client’s request.
•Maintain and grow relationships with current customers to encourage contract renewals and referrals.
•Maintain accurate records of the contract services and enhancement work being performed for specified customer base.
Compensation to be determined based upon experience. Medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as paid holidays, paid vacation, bonuses and a SIMPLE IRA plan to employees after initial probationary period. EOE.
