The Elkridge Club is seeking a qualified Lead Line Cook for its high-end a la carte dining operation. The Lead Line Cooks must be able to work all stations on the line. They must help to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen, assist with the development of high end menusand possess the ability to handle any menu ranging from breakfast buffets to corporate lunch meetings to formal dinners with multi-course meals that are individually plated.
The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task while remaining goal focused. They must have excellent verbal communication and leadership skills. Be able to express creativity through food selections, preparation and presentation. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to remain calm in high stress situations.
