Overall, the Associate will be responsible for:
1)Sourcing and validating details around a contact’s role and engagement with marketing material
2)Providing quick, accurate lead routing to improve the customer experience and speed-to-lead rates
3)Monitoring inbound lead volume and trends for your aligned product area/s
4)Serving as an internal point-of-contact to sales regarding questions about leads
5)Attending monthly meetings with relevant sales and marketing stakeholders about lead trends, feedback, and ways to improve qualification approaches
How You will make an Impact -
·Learn Gartner’s unique business model, and work to escalate prospective client inquiries to the correct internal stakeholder
·Assist with marketing campaign (website traffic, email campaigns, events, etc.) lead management activities; including extensive lead qualification through research.
·Aid Sales Team by documenting, tracking, and analyzing prospective client request trends, issues with inbound process, and inbound volume patterns in order to improve lead generation process.
·Partner with the Lead Qualification Specialist for passing of relevant information to drive top of funnel lead qualification and scheduling.
·Work closely with Sales Management to help support specific interests within the business function.
