Lead Registered Nurse - Outpatient Family Practice

The Lead Registered Nurse – Outpatient Family Practice maintains efficient patient accommodations and clinical quality; educates patients regarding health-related issues (diabetes, initiatives, anticoagulation); and assists the Practice Supervisor in resolving clinical staff issues and evaluating clinical staff members. Responsibilities include mentoring clinical staff new hires, helping with the weekly clinical staff schedule and helping to educate and train our Residents and all new team members. The successful candidate will also stock/monitor inventory clinical supplies; process laboratory results for physicians; and practice safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
- An Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing
- 2-4 years appropriate clinical and supervisory experience
- Current Pennsylvania RN license and BLS certification
- Excellent basic clinical/administrative and medical procedures skills
- Strong patient satisfaction orientation
