The Department of Petroleum Engineering (PETR) in the Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston is a dynamic, growing organization that offers a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses. PETR has an opening for a full-time lecturer. This appointment is made on an annual basis and may be renewed by PETR as needed.
A Ph.D or MS in Petroleum Engineering or a related STEM discipline is required. Industrial experience with some teaching experience is preferred. Teaching three to four classes per semester will be assigned to the successful candidate.
