Licensed Clinician at Fellowship Health Resources, Inc.

FHR is recruiting full time Licensed Clinicians to provide young adult to geriatric individuals with person centered, strength-based, time-limited therapeutic supports and clinical interventions that focus on each individual’s recovery.  This position will provide assessment of needs, intensive clinical interventions with recovery tools, in a therapeutic setting or mobile outreach that promotes stability.  Responsible for working as a member of a single multi-disciplinary rapid-response team.

The Licensed Clinician is required to be qualified as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC), MD, RN, Registered OT, APN, licensed psychologists).  Knowledge of Diagnostic & Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders and its clinical application; knowledge and practice of well established accepted practices and evidence based clinical intervention methods and their appropriate applications (i.e., Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Trauma- Informed Care, WRAP, and DBT).  Previous experience working with individuals with severe and persistent illness desired.   Multilingual candidates are preferred.  Preference will be given to candidates that may meet the cultural and linguistic needs of the geographic needs and area.
