a) Completion of educational program forlicensure as a LPN
b) Successful completion of required New YorkState Department of
Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program for thedemonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administrationprocedures as part of Centralized Orientation
c) Successful completion of annual unit-basedreview amp; update program in procedures associated with intravenous therapy
d) Pediatric experience
Licensure: New York State Licensure withcurrent registration as a LPN
Appropriate experience in a health caresetting preferred
