Position Description: The LPN will act as the Charge Nurse for either the Assisted Living (AL) or Keepsake Village (KSV) Wellness departments depending upon the assigned shift. The LPN reports directly to the AL or KSV Wellness Director.

Education/Training/ Experience: Licensed Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing with valid/current license; CPR and First Aid Certification.
