Zermatt Utah in Midway, Utah is seeking a qualified and experienced Line Cook, in our fine dining restaurant. Line Cooks are responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation and presentation for Z's Steak and Chop Haus, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. Line Cooks must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. This position also assists other cooks with preparation and set up for the restaurants, as needed. May also perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef.
We are currently hiring part-time, evening positions. At least one year of previous culinary experience required. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Utah Food Handler permit. Must be willing/able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
