Tucson office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with preferably 1-3 years of experience in employment law. The candidate will be taking and defending depositions. Will be managing a large litigation caseload, while ensuring all deadlines are met in all cases. Briefing responses and motions. Responding and objecting to written discovery and conducting e-discovery processes where appropriate. Writing, good writing, and lots of it. Presenting oral argument at hearings. Communicating directly with clients, addressing their needs/questions, and managing expectations. Maintaining a contemporaneous record of billable hours.Additional Skills: The ideal candidate will also pay close attention to detail, possess exemplary communication skills, be willing to take and learn from constructive criticism, and always be open to improvement.
