Lending Compliance Support Officer
Location: San Jose
The successful candidate will have a moderate level of technical consumer and non-consumer lending related compliance skills including Regulation Z/RESPA (TRID); Flood; Regulation B; Fair Credit Reporting Act; SAFE Act and; Regulation U knowledge as well as a thorough understanding of Bank policies, procedures, and workflow. Strong attention to detail and organizational, problem solving, multi-tasking and technology skills are critical tools required for effective performance. A bachelor's degree or two to four years related experience and/or training is preferred.
In this full-time position as a Lending Compliance Support Officer, you will be assisting in identifying and monitoring the risks inherent in the Lending Compliance and CRA functions of the Bank. Job duties include assisting in conducting lending compliance related monitorings and drafting monitoring reports, assisting in writing lending compliance related policies and procedures and creating and conducting lending compliance training as required.
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail who enjoys researching and applying lending compliance regulations in order to protect the Bank from unnecessary risk.
