LandAir is currently recruiting for a Logistics Account Manager who will develop and/or establish customer relationships to exceed customer satisfaction and grow secure additional business as well as identify and onboard new opportunities.
Industry LTL (Less than Truckload) experience preferred.
Actively identify and qualify business opportunities and implement strategies to onboard and grow the opportunity.
Responsible for growing and maintaining identified targeted accounts throughout our geographic location.
Establish pricing strategies to onboard/grow accounts.
En-sure we are meeting our On-Time service promises and discuss improvements where appropriate.
Complete all required reports in a timely manner.
Submit call planning itineraries on a weekly basis.
Liaison between sales and operations for targeted accounts, so that account needs are communicated and followed up on to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Develop strategies to identify new business while growing existing assigned accounts.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or two years sales & operations management experience.
Proven effective prospecting, presentation and closing skills. Strong territory management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
Strong knowledge and demonstrated use of MS office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
