OT may be required for this role
Create export documentation in support of movement of Sales Orders, Transfer Orders, spare parts, return shipments, RMA's and drop ships in compliance with all applicable Export Administration Regulations.
Support internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Field Service, Freight Forwarders, and 3PLs for timely and accurate shipment releases and deliveries. Particular focus at quarter end required. Work with carriers to track shipment status and provide timely PODs.
Support Recordkeeping and Audit process. Participate in carrier evaluations and business reviews.
Support Logistics and Field Service teams on daily operational activities and participate on global project teams as SME.
Assist with Logistics training, as required. Analyze data and work with carriers and internal partners to create meaningful metrics and KPIs. Interpret INCOTERMS and provide advice to the business. Other duties as assigned.

2+ years of experience in logistics operations
Must have experience with international shipping, EEI (Electronic Export Information) filing
Must have experience working with commercial invoices, packing lists, SLI (Shipper's Letter of Instruction)
Must have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, independent, fast learner
Strong working knowledge of internal logistics
Familiarity with US Export regulations preferred
Experience working with freight forwarders preferred
Experience in life science or medical device industry considered a plus
Ability to adapt to rapid change and work under pressure
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with SAP and GTS (export management system) a plus
Cold chain experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Trade Compliance, Business Administration or other related field preferred. Minimum of an Associate's degree required with related experience.
