The Engine Mobile Original Equipment Division is located in Holly Springs, MS approximately 40 miles southeast of Memphis, TN. We are looking for inspired communicators, resourceful problems solvers and inquisitive minds that want to learn and grow as we continue our journey to become the Center of Excellence for Fuel, Air and CCV Assembly.
The Logistics Coordinator oversees the shipment and receiving of goods in an accordance with logistical schedules and customers expectations.
Responsible for receiving and processing orders for export customers, obtaining all information necessary for shipment of goods. Responsible for the movement of product out of the county in compliance with federal, state, local regulations as well as the Corporate Code of Conduct.
Will be responsible for determining, creating and gathering of completed documents associated with international distribution in a timely manner, including but not limited to processing of letters of credit, insurance, export documentation, certificates of origin, dangerous goods documentation, commercial invoice and packing list and other documentation as specified on a shipment by shipment basis.
Will be responsible international documentation requirements for courier and other small package shipments for international customers. Compiles final export file for each shipment and reviews accuracy of all documentation created both internally and externally created.
Must be a US Citizen or a permanent resident.
Bachelors degree preferred. Equivalent experience in a related position of field will be considered. Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in a shipping/receiving/distribution role. Intermediate computer skills required.
