The LPN is responsible for providing direct and indirect comprehensive patient care according to established nursing procedures and under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The LPN provides care under accepted nursing standards of practice.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing required with a current Pennsylvania LPN license required. Current BLS certification required. Crisis Prevention Intervention certification required within the first 3 months of hire.
Two (2) years clinical experience preferred.
