Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring Machine operators to do light machine operations at our local Madera Sealed Air company/manufacturer.
•Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products.
•Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly.
•Understanding of how operated machine works.
•Conduct quality checks periodically.
•Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
•Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
•Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
•Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
The essential functions of this role include:
•working in a smoke free environment
•wearing steel toe shoes
•working in a non-temperature controlled environment
•manual lifting up to 40lbs
•standing for 8 hours at one time
•Attention to detail
•Handle heavy equipment
•Knowledge of production
•Knowledge of procedures
•Warehouse Procedures (6 months of experience is preferred)
•High School (required)
•Years of experience: 1 year
