Under the direction and supervision of the housing manager, the maintenance technician is responsible for scheduling and completing, on a priority basis, all maintenance needs of the housing project.
1. Performs routine building maintenance for the project: plumbing, electrical,
carpentry, heating and air conditioning.
Performs routine housekeeping chores within the common areas of the facility.
May maintain the lawn to include: mowing, weed eating, edging, fertilizing, mulching, and trimming.

High school or GED graduate; or equivalent in work experience.
Six months to one year experience in building maintenance, preferably in an apartment complex.
