- Lead a team of 5-10 Customer Success Managers
- Help to continue and define the strategy of the Customer Success team
- Contribute to the success of a growing company
- Mentor, challenge and develop Customer Success Managers to succeed
The ideal Manager, Customer Success will:
- Have experience leading a Customer Success team of at least 5 CSM's
- 2+ year management, 5+ years in account management/customer success
- Knowledge of the marketing technology space preferred
- Experience working at a scaling company
- Ability to handle escalated customer objections
