This requires leading a team of product managers and collaborating with stakeholders globally to identify and document the scope, requirements, and solution proposals for planned digital development efforts. This position will require end-to-end management of projects, including requirements definition, prioritization, and overall customer experience. Should have experience owning product capability, strategy, and roadmap in B2B industrial (selling business to business online). Primary Responsibilities Define digital commerce product roadmap for digital capabilities in support of an omni-channel customer experience. Leverage expert-level knowledge of digital B2B customer needs to strategically evolve our user experience and functionality. Serve as the subject matter expert on commerce, providing analysis of existing functionality, benchmarking competitors, and providing insights to best practices. Recommend and manage the product roadmap for commerce and mobile, providing insight into how to achieve business objectives. Review, recommend, and monitor KPIrsquos related to the opportunity and success of commerce experience in achieving business objectives. Create documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for functionality development. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to plan implementation of functionality using an Agile approach. Responsibilities Qualifications eCommerce experience with industrial or B2B products required. Experience with business operations, procurement, and B2B sales preferred. Experience developing B2B digital commerce experiences for global users, including China and North America. Experience managing a team of product managers, business analysts, andor functional analysts. Strong work ethic ndashsomeone who doesn't need a lot of direction to do amazing things. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively under tight deadlines and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.
