This role will help influence business, talent and culture by supporting the design and implementation of D&I strategy across the organization. Partner closely with Company & HR leadership teams to develop & launch sustainable programs to attract and retain talent and promote an inclusive workplace.
Assists the leadership team in the development and execution of the Company-wide Diversity & Inclusion Strategy. Responsible for communicating strategy, acting as an advocate & ambassador in the Community, developing internal Diversity Programs and Training. Strong partnership with the Community Relations/Sustainability team will be required.
In Partnership with the Recruiting Manager, support creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
Create the necessary infrastructure, processes and resources needed to establish and drive D&I Strategy in the organization. Establish Employee Resource Groups ERGs. Serve as the liason between the D&I Committee and employee resource groups ERGs to ensure alignment and advance D&I priorities.
Partner closely with Talent Management and other key stakeholder to identify internal/external development and mentoring opportunities for employees.
In collaboration with the Corporate Communications team, define and develop channels to communicate process and program delivery to key stakeholder audiences
Establishes and manages vendor relationships (including contracts, program enhancements)
Manages the Diversity & Inclusion budget for the organization
Roles at this level require a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field required. Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, MBA or other closely related field preferred. Relevant experience to be successful in the given role is typically 7 years in HR, Diversity & Inclusion or related work. At least 3 years of prior management experience is required.

Will be responsible for matrix management of training/development personnel and other professional positions as required by project scope.

Primary focus is on day to day management of operational execution also develops and exercises business plans, policies, and procedures. Contributes to proactive planning exercises of management team as requested. Trains and develops staff. Plans the work flow. Looks for areas of process improvement and directs available resources to accomplish this. Leads changes and implementations for direct team as pushed down through the organization.
