We're looking for someone to join our team as a Manager, Human Performance Operations who:
Leads a team of HP Operations Analysts & Specialists (Benefits, Compensation ,Core HP and Time/Attendance) in the delivery of systems, solutions, transactions and processes that support the needs of employees and leaders of AH. Align and continuously improve HP Operations systems and processes. Supports the key business initiatives and enable scalability and growth for the company. Builds, develops and mentors a high-performance team by providing supportive and engaging work environment; set goals and facilitate growth and development to meet individual career goals, motivational needs, and organizational opportunities. Implements continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to the development of new, and improvement of existing human resource policies, systems and practices. Reviews and updates the human resource department's operational strategy to support the organization's strategic objectives.
Acts as the primary escalation point to help solve both day-to-day and more complex problems as well as the primary point person in HP for benefits and compensation internal audit.
Ensures team is completing daily tasks, assignments (open enrollment, focal point increase, etc.) and activities that drive operational success.
Leads team in acquisitions by ensuring requirements gathering, system updates and testing.
Building relationships with stakeholders, including COEs, supporting analysts in the development of functional roadmaps; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities.
Partners with COE and other leaders on the system deployments and upgrades.
Assists COE in monitoring and assessing vendor service levels to ensure agreed upon standard service level agreements and deliverables are met or exceeded.
Provide effective performance feedback through associate recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action.
Maintains transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years relevant experience: Preferred
- One years leadership experience: Preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification: Preferred
