This role will work directly with the Conifer IS leadership team to establish strategy and ensure delivery for Conifer's needs around Conifer's Corporate Solutions and Productivity Applications. He/She will also be responsible for setting and meeting goals for cost, project delivery timelines, and ensuring internal client satisfaction. Additionally, this position is responsible directing all corporate IT operations to manage service level agreements and meet customer expectations as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and new technical solutions. Candidates should have experience with establishing technology direction, developing cost analysis, managing to implementation time-lines, and leading a team of systems professionals to include business analysts and project managers. This role is also responsible for enhancing IT service delivery capability by providing management and technology oversight of vendors and directing matters related to vendor selection, contracting, contract lifecycle management, and systems development and support activities. Candidate must be able to interact at the executive leadership level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direction and oversight of all IT operational functions
Develop operational support models, templates and tools
Participate in strategic assessments and recommend solutions for Conifer's internal corporate and productivity solutions
Supervise the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software
Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
Interact with customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents
Provide management and technology oversight to systems development and support activities by internal and external resources. Maintain direct working relationship with existing vendors to support current and future business needs.
Maintain and modify strategic roadmaps and business planning documents; make approved changes by amending flow charts and develop detailed business logic
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Healthcare revenue cycle experience, including technology-related experience with various patient accounting platforms and revenue cycle applications
- Experience with project delivery methodologies and tools
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science is required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in systems integration in the healthcare industry
