Position Summary: The Manager of Knowledge Management directs/manages/supervises EPIC and IS-based data analytics in support of a variety of analytic solutions. The role oversees the creation and delivery of high quality analysis, and work to grow analytics offerings. Partners with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop tools and services such as metric and report development, dashboard development, decision aids, and business case analysis to support the organization. Leads data governance practices and ensures data integrity by implementing quality assurance and validation practices. Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Implement data strategies and manage projects and resources. Identify and define both process and data improvements. Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. Exemplifies the Rush Copley mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush Copley policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, health care or related fields.
- 5 years EPIC application system implementation or support experience.
- Must be proficient in project management and technology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
