District Support Manager
The District Support Manager will be responsible for creating a plan to execute assessments that identify target support for schools. With a strategic plan in view, the District Support Manager will identify partners, and oversee implementation while monitoring impact progress. To succeed, the District Support Manager will utilize both data analysis combined with visualization to help partners make better decisions. With the strategy set, the Manager will lead thoughtfully through clear communication as an effective project planner to see their plan come to fruition.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Develop and support strategy for school district partners.
Be a lead for project management technical assistance to school efforts.
Vet key partners to steward the implementation of strategy.
Create support plans for partner districts and schools strategies that include best practices to improve student outcomes.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders and decision makers within the portfolio to ensure alignment.
Communicate progress clearly with all district staff continuously.
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred.
A proven record of success building strong stakeholder relationships.
Urgent approach to data collection and analysis for informed decision making.
Effective Project Management experience on multiple projects.
