Range: $59,000 - $63,000 annually; 52 week position.
Salary will be commensurate with the level of education and experience of the recommended candidate.

This position will automatically be enrolled in the Public Employees' Retirement Fund (PERF) through the state of Indiana, which includes a defined benefit (Pension) as well as an Annuity Savings Account (ASA). In addition, this position is eligible to enroll in a 401(a) retirement investment plan, a 403(b) Match Program, and a tax-free post-retirement medical expense account (VEBA).

This position oversees the maintenance of all buildings, mechanical systems, and facility grounds for the district.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Applicants must have a high school graduate or equivalent; Strong electrical background, preferably a graduate of an approved electrical apprenticeship program or comparable post secondary degree. Five years progressive construction experience in one or more of the major building trades with three years being in educational facilities. Technical knowledge of all crafts within the maintenance departments as well as administrative computer applications.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations, policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.RESPONSIBILITIES (additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed)
