We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Manager, Sales Strategy and Operations to join our innovative and passionate team in the Chicago, IL area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and lead communication, execution, adoption, and accountability of joint strategic sales projects and initiatives of Guaranteed Rate Affinity and our partner NRT LLC
Build new and foster existing relationships with local NRT leaders and staff within division
Lead, administer, drive and evolve the Sales Model Office initiative
Identify and monitor loan officer production levels within the division and hold leaders accountable for coaching and improvement actions and metrics
Manage divisional sales assistant criteria for sales assistant assignments, approval and exceptions
Facilitate GRA and NRT recognition initiatives and communications within the division
Utilize analytical information and real-time experience to analyze trends and performance of sales force to identify opportunities and strengths and recommend solutions
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of varying company sales strategies and development of strategic objectives to increase volume and annual revenues
Complete tasks in a timely manner and work amicably with others
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education or Formal Training:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 + years related experience
Comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
Ability to think strategically, analyze and solve problems
Excellent time-management skills and follow up and follow through with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the mortgage industry with clear understanding of Federal and state rules and regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint and loan origination system (preferably Encompass).
Ability to effectively lead and motivate others, resolve conflict and effectually manage adversity and holds self and others accountable
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner
Able to work independently and as a team
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability lead and motivate teams and drive results through coaching and mentoring
Innovative thinking that provides solutions to problems and issues.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office products
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
Exceptional planning and organizational skills
