Floor Service Manager
Haile Plantation’s Food and Beverage Department strives to incorporate every step of service into our daily operations. This is deemed, but not limited to, extending a warm, inviting experience to all members with a timely, detail orientated service. All Employee Partners should be striving to ensure a memorable experience with the help from management to steer them in this direction. It will be the duty of the floor manager to over-see that operations are running in accordance with the F&B departments mission statement. Which is.
“Haile Plantation’s Food and Beverage Department’s target goal should be to extend to all Members a personalized, genuine, quality and comfortable experience. However, servers should keep in mind that we all are working as a team and it is our main priority to take care of the guests, no matter who’s section.”
It will be the responsibility of the floor service manager to oversee that servers are extending the highest level of hospitality to all Members and guests while at the club. This entails, having a passion for hospitality and satisfaction of service to the members. While going above and beyond to ensure the team’s morale constitutes to our service. Understanding the complexity of the Back of House and Front of House and how we all maintain different levels of service, while still being a team.
Floor Service Manager duties will consist of, but not limited to:
Leading a team with a high morale, understanding what steps and actions that requires as a Manager.
Ensuring that service staff is being held to the up most accountability with their job performance.
Exemplary organizational skills, including tracking Par Sheets, and Inventory Logs to guarantee our sales and inventory are matching.
Floor Service Manager should have the utmost customer service skills, to be able to handle any situation in a restaurant.
Impeccable presentation skills, that will carry over to staff with a positive outlook.
Pride in presentation of staff, and quality control on beverages and food.
Floor Service Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in management.
Impeccable Organizational Skills.
Extreme passion in customer service, as well as in depth knowledge of hospitality.
1-2 years of private dining experience.
