We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to: - Lead and supervise a team of Talent Acquisition staff while managing the effective operations of the team - Partner with operational leaders to plan and deliver high quality human capital in a fast pace, competitive market - Lead organization and/or system-wide projects and manage complex projects Education: Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, health care, or other relevant degree Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other clinical degree Work Experience: Minimum – - 3-5 years of experience managing and implementing projects and process improvement - 5 years of experience in selection and interviewing activities (either in a Talent Acquisition department or as a hiring manager) Preferred – - 3-5 years in people management - Process improvement coursework or designation - Experience in large health care environment Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: - Strong knowledge of recruitment department operations - Knowledge of sound hiring and employment laws practices - Strong knowledge of regulatory or policy requirements of healthcare personnel - Strong project management and organizational skills with superior ability to follow through and manage complex projects - Ability to independently research issues and make effective recommendations using critical thinking skills, solid judgment and decision-making - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Strong relationship building skills for creating a collaborative approach to troubleshooting issues and determining appropriate solutions - Track record demonstrating ability to function independently and as a team member, and consistently deliver quality outcomes - Strong orientation to service in responding to needs to internal and external customers, and ability to work with a diverse group of people - Ability to maintain confidentiality of any and all information encountered Physical Requirements: Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. W ork Schedule: 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Additional hours, as needed.
