Become one of our leading Market Development Managers in North America (internal Principal Sales Representative), for identifying, generating and driving opportunities at Honeywell’s end users in the Life-Sciences Industries. You will drive adoption of Honeywell’s Aclar brand – both for oral solids and liquid dosage form. You will foster client satisfaction on all levels and develop strong customer relationships through outreach initiatives via multiple channels incl. direct and indirect. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work in an international cross-functional team that drives Honeywell’s product pipeline and innovation.
· Value-selling of Honeywell’s offerings in the Life-Sciences space
· Driving sales pipeline at Pharmaceutical end users through multiple channels and across all development stages from initial tests until launch.
· Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders (Pharma) that are responsible for primary packaging specification, qualification and validation.
· Leading key-end user accounts through the journey of adopting primary packaging materials for oral solids, oral liquids and biologics.
· Product Training through workshops
· Driving NPD projects based on identified market demand & unmet needs

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master's degree / equivalent, (technical disciples)
+ 5+ year working experience in Life Sciences Industry or as supplier into Life Sciences
+ Ideal candidate brings strong background knowledge on drug delivery systems incl. container closure systems for drug products
+ A comprehensive knowledge of Field Marketing or Sales
+ Extensive experience in Life-Science Industry either direct or as supplier
+ Excellent team and communication skills
+ Being completely self-motivated
+ An ability to influence across a broader organization
+ An ability to exercise independent judgment
+ An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
+ Deep technical expertise in drug delivery technologies and primary packaging
+ Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
