The role of the Market Research Survey Specialist is to conduct market research to qualify and develop leads for top technology companies. They uncover key details about prospect companies to be used in designing and refining client sales and marketing campaigns.
Make 100 – 200 outbound calls per day
Conduct surveys of prospect companies
Use Internet and public documents for research
Gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospects
Maintain data in database
Knowledge and skills required:
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Be creative and persistent in finding ways to reach target audience
Know how to probe and ask questions to yield best information
Have advanced-level internet and research skills
Be comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries.
Possess poise and confidence and the ability to think quickly.
Education/Certification and experience required:
Intermediate to advanced experience using computers, computer databases, Microsoft Office, and the Internet
