This position will be based out of Delaware North’s new global headquarters, a state-of-the-art, 12-story, mixed-use building in downtown Buffalo, N.Y. The headquarters facility, reflective of our values, integrates the latest advances in environmental, energy conservation and office design.The Opportunity
You are a core member of our marketing automation team, working to leverage diverse tools and systems to support our marketing associates to create seamless, personalized customer experiences.
Duties And Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to strategize, map and document the company’s technical integration roadmap and manage integration projects through full-cycle
Define and analyze key performance metrics and advise senior management determine next steps for the business; communicate metrics with senior leadership
Develop a thorough understanding of data structures and sources within diverse systems,
Document, define and communicate objectives, requirements, and constraints for new initiatives and releases
Monitor and clearly communicate project status, plans, changes, and progress toward goals
Work closely with all project stakeholders and manage external vendor support
Delegate appropriate projects to associates and manage towards successful outcomes
Degree in computer science or related field, or commensurate experience
understanding of best practices in rationalizing basic data structures and defining data architecture
Experience with system integrations across multiple environments
Strong written communications skills and experience documenting and mapping system interactions and data flows.
SQL data setup and ability to write SQL queries;perform basic ETL functions, experience with tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS CI, SAS VA, Tableau a plus,
able to work independently with minimal supervision
ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, and effectively communicate to associates with varying levels of technical sophistication
Strong analytical skills, highly numerate, and intellectually curious
