Reports To: Director, Creative Services & Marketing
Role: Under limited supervision, directly supports Financial Advisors by developing, implementing and analyzing customized marketing plans. Responsible for leading marketing projects that are critical to the success of the Company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
High level project management of the communication between the Financial Advisors and interdepartmental staff. Allocate tasks and resources as needed.
Creates annual marketing plans to drive growth within business plan parameters.
Familiarity with Social media, demand generation, landing pages, reporting metrics
Assist and edit content creation (writing, designing, promoting, blogging)
Maintains database of marketing results.
Manages marketing order process to include telemarketing, direct mail, and print advertising with vendors and producers and resolves issues.
Analyzes regional demographics to determine marketing strategy.
Evaluates and analyzes ongoing marketing results and makes changes as necessary.
Creates local branding and competitive differentiation in Advisor’s marketing area.
Identifies marketing problems and provide solutions.
Cross-departmental liaison on Marketing projects and systems.
Supports staff by assisting in the resolution of Advisor’s concerns/issues.
Initiates, develops, and maintains relationships with Advisor’s and vendors.
Makes strategic decisions to improve marketing processes.
Collaborate with other executive leaders and managers to ensure individual contributors are accountable and achieving goals.
Proofs and/or edits Advisor’s and/or AMS materials.
Supports the department in making minor graphic design changes to art files utilizing Adobe Suite of products.
Other duties as assigned.
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts, Graphic Communications, Communications, Business, English or equivalent education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of one (1) year related experience.
Knowledge of marketing technologies to include telemarketing, direct mail, and print advertising.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite desirable.
Advanced level of Word, Excel, Outlook, intermediate level of PowerPoint.

Type using a computer keyboard for copywriting and drafting correspondences.
Routinely read computer screens, mail, and respond to email.
Must be comfortable engaging on the phone throughout workday.
Unpack and move supplies up to 25 lbs.
Physically prepare and package marketing materials.
Work occasional evenings and weekends and attend events as required.
