Position Overview: Genie - A Terex Brand is looking for a motivated Marketing and Communications professional to lead our global content development, content marketing and social media efforts. This role will manage all aspects of content creation, content marketing and social media strategy, work with vendors and agencies to support public relations, editorial placement and social media strategy. This role will report to the Sr. Manager - Global Marketing Operations and work closely with Sr. Marketing Manager - Brand Strategy, digital marketing team, product management team and regional marketing leaders to develop outcome based content, align with brand and digital marketing strategies to deliver a message of value to customers. Responsibilities: Content & Content Marketing + Own full scope content marketing strategy, content development, demand generation and execution + Support internal teams in developing content, copywriting and aligning with brand strategy and messaging + Have a strong understanding of how online content, websites, and social media tie into a broader content strategy to drive engagement + Other support responsibilities as needed Social Media + Have a strong understanding of social media marketing, strategy and social advertising + Manage social monitoring platforms and social analytics to keep in tune with customer and industry trends + Support and response to customer inquiries via social PR & Communications + Coordinate PR and editorial efforts with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders + Support Terex Corporate communications needs and collaborate with Internal Communications Manager + Work with industry publications to support brand and communications strategies + Support global team in PR and editorial strategies Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + 3-5 years of marketing experience Preferred Qualifications: + Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications + Marketing experience in content marketing, social, PR and digital marketing + Strong writing ability and proven track record of generating written content + Strong ability to communicate professionally at all levels of an organization + Exceptional organizational skills + Ability to interact successfully across different cultures and on different business maturity levels + Experience in manufacturing, construction or equipment marketing + MBA Travel: + Must be willing and able to travel (approximately 25%) Location: US-WA Redmond-B33 (HUB) HR Department: Marketing Job ID: 8584 Terex Overview: Terex Corporation is a $4.5 billion, publicly traded global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services.
