Senior Associate/Manager, Marketing & Business Development
Responsible for leading Razorfish Health marketing activities that increase RFH brand value and power agency growth. This is an exciting, new role within a growing Business Development (BD) team. Collaborate with RFH Management Team to define RFH marketing strategy and brand plan
Lead internal & external marketing activities that amplify brand presence including:
Developing marketing collateral and communications materials, including website, social platforms, direct mail/email campaigns, etc.
Managing the agency’s content calendar and thought leadership development
Curate content creation, from concepting to execution, for all RFH marketing efforts
Administrate Razorfish Health’s digital marketing efforts including content marketing strategy, social media and website
Owning Internal Agency Culture Events & corporate social responsibility efforts
Creating and facilitating Employee Engagement Surveys
Develop and execute internal communications, including announcement emails, weekly newsletter, maintenance of the internal website
Develop process and assess metrics (ROI) for marketing activities
Manage external vendor relationships, partnerships, and creative award submissions
Monitor market trends to optimize opportunity and ensure the right message is delivered to the right audience, at the right place and time
Support business development activities, including assisting with pitch project management and research
- Five or more years of experience in healthcare advertising or marketing services required
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Multi-channel marketing experience
Strong project management and organizing skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve results
Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, such as trade journals, competitive marketing audits, research reports, white papers and survey data
Ability to write reports, presentations and general business correspondence
Highly organized with the ability to multitask; willing to take initiative and execute
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience interfacing with clients and partner vendors on technical delivery projects
- Strong experience in executive level management
Demonstrated powerpoint skills; excel and salesforce.com experience a plus
Passion for healthcare, online social networks, and marketing analytics are a plus
