The Marketing Operations Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring all marketing campaigns and initiatives are completed on time, and correctly. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving all project requests for the marketing department, and obtaining all necessary details to complete projects
- Develops schedules, coordinates activities, and proactively manages projects for all demand generation campaigns and initiatives requested of the marketing department
- Ensures project objectives are known, milestones are set and timely completion of projects is achieved
- Organizes all marketing projects in our internal project management system
- Supports the marketing team and other department stakeholders with continuous communication on projects’ statuses and items needed
- Leads process improvement initiatives to drive increased efficiencies in our marketing project workflows
