American National is seeking a Project Specialist for the Springfield, MO corporate location. This role will traffic, monitor, and guide the execution of multiple projects simultaneously within the marketing department, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Enter and track projects within project management system (MRM)
- Advise and guide scheduling and production of projects around available capacity
- Participate in development and adoption of project timelines, workflows, and processes
- Partner with compliance functions to provide documentation as needed
- Meet with apporpriate parties to track progress of all assigned projects
- Track adhearance to established budgets
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience with a workflow platform (Infor MRM, Workforce, etc)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Visio a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
