Systems Analyst/Project Manager - Partner Content Hub and Zinfi Support
As a Marketing Operations Systems Analyst, you will help deploy and maintain scalable combinations of people, process, and technology that ensure best practices in campaign planning / execution, lead generation, segmentation, and data management. You will be expected to stay abreast of industry and technology trends, write detailed technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance our marketing infrastructure. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders from across the company.
This role will be part of the partner marketing team and will support a global roll out of a partner marketing automation platform.
Working with agency/marketing services to setup co-brandable collateral templates
Setting up campaigns/assets in the partner marketing automation tool
Supporting project management of vendor
Establish standard reports and dashboards in order to actively monitor performance and identify opportunities to optimize system performance and stability
Publish insights and best practices to educate internal customers about how to properly use marketing systems
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.
Lead efficient meetings, explain data and technical details to non-technical audiences, and balance collaboration with getting-things-done
Develop detailed technical documentation, including, but not limited to: user stories, data-flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, user guides, test cases, and blog posts
Internal communication skills
Subject Matter Expertise
Extensive experience in marketing automation and content systems/platforms (e.g. Zinfi and Highspot) and integrating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) and other technologies
Extensive experience developing reports and dashboards to support Sales and Marketing and experience developing solutions in a CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) to solve business requirements
Track record of using Agile and Scrum development processes to develop software
6+ years of work experience and BA/BS in related field
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel, R or custom scripts) and experience with advanced reporting, data analysis and design tools (e.g., QlikView, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.)
Great problem solver, ability to learn independently, and work in an ambiguous environment
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, in a fast-paced environment, across time zones and with different cultures
Ability to guide and mentor program coordinators
