Meat Wrappers can be responsible and involved in ordering, stocking, rotating, wrapping, and all other parts of preparing fresh meat products for our customers. Some meat cutting will be trained as you gain more experience but will mostly be involved in non cutting preparation and customer service. They are responsible for the case cleanliness and for product freshness and availability. Meat Clerks and wrappers will also assist in the unloading of trucks and any other tasks assigned by management. Meat wrappers and clerks will answer customer questions regardingmeat as well as increase sales by recommending additional items to customers and often take a lead roll in staffing and servicing service meat cases.
