Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team
Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
Prepares technical specification sections.
Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in engineering and project management of fueling projects
License and/or registration of professional engineer required
Experience with aviation fuel storage and dispensing systems
Experience with establishing and managing financial goals on project and market sector level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills with word, excel, power point, scheduling, and project controls
Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
Be an established professional with name recognition in fueling market
Active in professional fueling organizations and code making bodies
Excellent proven organizational skills
API and STI certifications in fueling related system components
