Responsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families.Responsible for rooming patients; taking vital signs; performing phlebotomy; assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient.
Education: High school graduate or GED required
Certifications: CMA certificate required, CPR required
Special Skills: Comfortable using the computer, experience with EMR a plus
Able to follow directions with accuracy and in a timely fashion
Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor
Good communication skills
Experience:Prior MA experience required, prior experience with phlebotomy strongly preferred.
