We are looking for a certified Medical Assistant (MA) for our Breast Clinic at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, located in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities of a Medical Assistant include:
Provides nursing assistance to physician
Obtains vital signs
Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit
Maintains medical documentation
Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
Processes CLIA waived tests, prescription requests and referrals
Cross train in front office, referrals and other areas (E.G. FP and PEDS)
