Responsible for direct care and assistant of all clinicproviders. Services include but are not limited to: obtaining vitals,anthropometrics, and calibration of equipment in the medical clinic, orderingsupplies, stocking the exam rooms and disposing of expired products, needles/syringesappropriately. The Medical Assistantwill work closely with the providers in the office to schedule diagnostic testsand gather results for the provider to review. Additional duties may include: scheduling/rescheduling appointments,performing reminder calls, entering charges, verifying insurance/demographics, registration,data entry, maintaining strict confidentiality, copying/faxing duties andperforming other duties as required.
