New Inpatient Behavioral Health Facility in Middle Tennessee - Opening October 2019!
TriStar and Maury Regional Health broke ground October 1, 2018 on a 60-bed standalone behavioral health hospital that will serve 200,000 residents across the communities in southern Middle Tennessee when it opens in October of 2019. This $24.4 million hospital will have 60 inpatient beds, 42 adult and 18 adolescent, covering nearly 50,000 square feet, located south of Nashville. This collaborative joint venture will bring greater access to behavioral health services. In preparation for opening, we are actively seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist whose career priorities and experience include making a difference in the lives of Adolescents.
Inpatient-only position with Medical Director duties covering the Adolescent unit
No ER call requirements
Responsible for treating adolescent patients with acute behavioral issues beginning October 2019
Medical management covered by Internal Medicine/Pediatric providers
Competitive compensation in the $280K - $300K / year range
Compensation package includes: HCA Employment Agreement, Productivity RVU Bonus Plan, Medical Director Stipend, Commencement Bonus & Relocation will be offered to the qualified candidate

The Adolescent Program will provide inpatient care for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18 who are experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges. The treatment plan allows patients to experience positive and nurturing relationships with adults, authority figures and peers.
