Be a qualified medical receptionist with at least 3 years' experience working in a medical office.
Must have strong-EMR experience
Must have strong scheduling experience
Strong experience working with insurance companies to verify insurance
Strong customer service skills.
Must have experience scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays
Must possess sound judgment and good communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for the following:
Checking patients in and out
Entering patient information into EMR-IDX and scheduling in MedConnect
Scheduling patient appointments
Providing customer service
Take telephone messages for doctors
